Lily, 23, and Lindsay, 22, made a late night visit to Shamrock Tattoos in West Hollywood after living it up at celebrity haunt Chateau Marmont.
It was an impromptu moment of bonding for the pair, who have been friends for some time after being introduced by music producer Mark Ronson.
